Industrial Waste (Liquid Waste)
Whether your business is large or small, all industrial operations will generate waste such as washing water, oil, grease, and dissolved chemicals. We have the capability and experience to handle it. From food and beverage manufacturing to chemical processing, DBC Waste Management utilises best practices to help your business safely dispose of liquid waste products in a way that protects the environment and ensures your waste is handled in line with health and safety regulations. Our highly trained and experienced personnel can handle your liquid waste, removing it via vacuum tanker or packaged in drums, before transporting it to an approved DWER waste treatment facility.
Storm Water / Grey Water
Flooding can cause significant damage to your property and business. It can also be a health risk if sewers or septic tanks overflow. We provide a reliable pumping service to protect your premises. We can improve the resilience of your business to flooding by cleaning and pumping sludge from storm sewers on site, stopping any overflow problems before they occur. Tank Cleaning
We use high-pressure washing and vacuum system technology to clean the internal and external surfaces of industrial tanks, whatever the size, whatever your tanks have been storing. Whether it is fuel, oil or wastewater, we operate to strict safety standards to provide a high quality clean with minimum disruption to your operations. We can also clean and desludge vessels and ship bilges, reducing the risk of flooding, leaks, and oil-related fires.
Confined Space Entry
In addition to managing liquid industrial wastes, DBC can also conduct a Gas Free Certification and air quality monitoring, in accordance with AS 2275 1-2 and AS 2865-2001 standards. We will inspect the enclosed spaces of your tanks, lines, vessels and operation areas to assess temperature, pressure, condensation, oxygen and other gas content using certified gas monitors calibrated to industry specifications.
Package Control
DBC doesn’t just deal with bulk liquid industrial waste — we can also collect your contained packaged waste such as IBCs (1000L containers) and drums (all sizes up to 205L). This is ideal for businesses with limited on-site storage, where construction work is taking place, or there is hazardous waste that needs to be kept separate from mixed oil and wastewater tanks.
